Please see my comment above on the grill in our unit. It would be helpful to have another pot in our unit. We made pasta one night but needed one pot to cook noodles and one pot to make sauce. There was only one available. There is some confusion about bottles of water in the restaurant. Sometimes we were charged 20 pesos for each bottle. Other times there was no charge for the bottles. At one point we were told that if we needed water to just ask and they'd give it to us. Should we be charged or not?

all the staff are welcoming and very helpful with any needs that may arise. Even the construction crews are pleasant and courteous. keep up with the changes, they are fantastic so far 🙂

Overall experience was good. We enjoyed our stay very much. Grounds were beautiful and the staff was very helpfully and nice and happy. Be nice when construction is over, but i understand this needs to happen to improve. Can’t really say what is required to improve. Maybe improve sand at the beach area close to swimming pools.
